All Party Parliamentary Group on the Green New Deal
The Green New Deal Group provided the secretariat to the All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on the Green New Deal from 2020-2023.
As part of its work, the APPG carried out two inquiries:
Reset, in 2021, explored what a green and just recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic should look like.
Local Edge, in 2022-23, looked at local leadership on climate action.

Global Alliance for a Green New Deal
Co-chairs of the APPG, Caroline Lucas MP and Clive Lewis MP helped to found the Global Alliance for a Green New Deal, a global alliance of parliamentarians working for a Green New Deal nationally and globally.
